We are an inclusive and accessible non-profit organisation that fosters local business growth and promotes a vibrant community. We acknowledge the diverse range of businesses within our local community, each providing unique services and products to various markets, ranging from our immediate area to the UK. However, what binds us together is a shared understanding of the entrepreneurial journey and the mutual benefits that can stem from contributing to and drawing on our collective expertise.

These are the latest events to happen in Whittlesey.
Attending the monthly meetings has become an essential part of my routine. I make sure to book it out of my diary because I truly enjoy and benefit from each meeting. It’s a fantastic opportunity to build relationships with local people, and the support I receive is invaluable. These meetings have not only helped me grow professionally but have also enriched my connections within the community.

I have been a member of the Whittlesey Business Community for many years now and I must say that the changes to the community over the last year have helped me and my business. With your first meetup free, and the option to bring a guest, it's easy to get started. The group offers invaluable collaboration opportunities, a platform to promote events, and a chance to broaden your business knowledge through professional, informative chats and guest speakers. I’ve benefited from personalised support, recommended suppliers, and the experience of other like-minded business owners. The friendly and approachable atmosphere, combined with exclusive perks like discounted advertising and direct access to local councillors, makes it a must-join for any business owner looking to grow and succeed.

The Little Marketing Company
As a start-up business, I was surprised and interested to learn that a local business network group was operating nearby. I felt a little self-conscious with a sense of imposter syndrome and wondered what I would get out of the meeting. I got a great sense of camaraderie, a genuine feeling that people were interested in what I was doing, and a feeling that everyone was keen to see me succeed. I have subsequently joined the network as a paid member, and as I have got to know the other members, I look forward to the meetings and exchanging stories, discussing issues, and listening to guest speakers. It is great value and so helpful as I grow my business. I would certainly recommend people join

I joined the WDBC as I was just starting out in my business. The group was incredibly supportive and had some great insight to share. I was incredibly anxious when it came to being in a group of established business owners but this all soon faded away. My confidence in myself has grown and grown with the support of the committee and other members. Now, two years on, I’m still gaining so much from being a part of this group.
